Last week,I heard a sad news from my mum.
It's really sad and shock.
That's my nanny's husband had passed away.
When I was 2 or 3 years old,my mum sent me to their house everyday.
And my nanny and uncle doted me so much.
For them,I'm a princess.Always..
I still remember that uncle always taught me how to fold clothes.
Everyday when he come back to home,he would call me : 'xiao mei ren'..

在这个五花八门的现今社会,逃学,逃课,吸毒,校园暴力,殴打事件以及等等都是各大报章常常登上头条新闻的争论点和大家常常一起讨论的发烧话题.事实可见,现代的学生越来越没有纪律.现代儿童大多数是电视儿童,常常在模仿他们心仪的偶像,但往往他们模范时,他们是否有想过哪个是好或坏?也许他们觉得逃学,逃课,吸毒,殴打老师或同学是一件值得骄傲及光荣的事又或者是拿来向朋友们炫耀自尊心作祟的胆?在这个时候,学校往往都会把这些问题学生给开除掉.但,这样的做法到底是正确的吗?


我个人非常不同意校方这样的做法.学校是每个学生的第二间家.学校是有责任保护学生还有教育未来国家的主人翁.每每校方遇到令人头痛的问题学生时,都会体罚学生或者其他严厉的惩罚.更家严重的不就是把这些无可救药的问题学生踢出校门口吗?对我来说,非常地可笑.这只不过是头痛医头,脚痛一脚.把学生踢出校门,反而可能还会给社会带来更大祸害也未知数.我个人认为这不是解决学生纪律的好方法.

我想请问校方可否想过如果把学生开除的话,那么现今社会的问题少年的问题会减少?不会对吗?所以,我觉得校方根本就是把问题学生当成一颗烂苹果一样,想也不想地丢去别的地方.这是一个非常不负责任以及不公平的做法.为何校方要先入为主觉得烂苹果就是烂苹果,无论怎样都不能起死回生.也许校方已经给了这些学生一次又一次的宝贵机会,可惜就是这些学生不知道如何去珍惜.我觉得如果这些不知道如何去珍惜的话,并不是把他们踢出校门,而是给他们所谓的关心和辅导.或许这些学生往往都是家庭有问题才导致他们这样没有纪律.因此,校方可以试着跟家长们沟通如何改善这个头痛的问题.

另外,校方如果没有把问题学生开除的话,我觉得校方不应该放弃他们更不可以把他们当成路边草,而是更加特别注意他们.也许这些问题因为校方给予辅导而慢慢地改邪归正做回好学生,这样不是皆大欢喜的结局吗?我们设想看,如果校方把他们给开除了,难道就这样让他们在社会无法立足以及大家都唾弃的坏孩子吗?我相信这样子学校的名声应该好不到哪里去吧?这样岂不是赔了夫人又折兵吗?

我的看法是开除学生是不能改善纪律问题的最佳方法而且反而还带来更多的弊.所以我希望校方不应该放弃问题学生反而更要助他们一臂之力让他们变回好孩子.如果能这么做,对校方的名声也带来很大的帮助,这样不是一举两得吗?
